Report Summary

This was the fifth consecutive quarter for the Manhattan co-op and condo market to see a year-over-year sales decline, but the size of the decline continued to ease. Co-ops outperformed condos by price and sales.  Most inventory gains continued to occur in the studio and one-bedroom markets.  The rise in the luxury price trend indicators was mostly attributable to the increase in average size of a sale.
