The Downtown Boston condo market saw rising prices, but with more inventory and fewer sales than in the same quarter last year. Condo prices and sales for the entire year finished above 2017 levels. Townhouse price trends showed mixed results in the final quarter of 2018. In contrast to condos, townhouse sales were higher with fewer listings.
