Report Summary

Aspen continued to show a pattern of rising prices, an increase in larger sized sales and clearing of older inventory. Days on market represents the average of what closed in the market, and the jump this quarter was actually a strength. Properties that were overpriced were being cleared from the market by exiting inventory or sellers coming to terms with actual conditions.  Snowmass Village's overall pace was faster as price per square foot increased.
