Paul was instrumental in making our home purchase happen. We had spent over a year looking at properties with another broker that was slow to respond, not in tune with what we were looking for, and when we found things we liked, not effective in negotiating on our behalf. These deficiencies only came into focus once a contractor introduced us to Paul and became overwhelmingly apparent in the marked contrast to his attentiveness and effectiveness once we began working together. Paul was always available, even while overseas on vacation. He remained focused on our search for months, offering sound advice on the pros and cons of all the properties we visited, and there were many! Most impressively, he remained steadfast and patient as our targets shifted over the course of the process. I would’ve probably lost my mind working with someone as inconsistent as we were at times, but he was resolute in his commitment to helping us find a home. I think he was able to understand what we were looking for a little better than we might have, as he delivered us to a place very different than what we had thought we were looking for, which ended up being perfect. And then he deftly navigated the transaction with what can charitably called a “difficult” seller. We were ready to give up several times through the purchase because of the sellers behavior but Paul’s level headed counsel kept us on course, and ultimately led to the successful purchase of our home. In addition to all of the aforementioned positives, the one that continues to pay dividends for us today are the quality of people he has introduced us to over the course of our collaboration. From top to bottom, his network is loaded with hard working, trustworthy individuals that know the North Fork, and have helped us hit the ground running as homeowners here. From the attorney, to the contractors to the landscapers and cleaners, we are thrilled with all of them and our so thankful to Paul for opening so many doors for us. We highly recommend using him for your home purchase. You could not find a better, more committed ally in finding the right place for you and your family.


My family recently purchased a home in Greenport where Paul represented the seller. Paul was extremely fair with us throughout the process and didn't use any tactics or pressure that would have turned us off. He simply communicated back and forth with us and seller in a very professional and neutral way which made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. Throughout the process he was very responsive with calls and emails. He shared his local knowledge and offered all his local contacts for anything that we may need in the future. Ultimately we paid little more than we originally wanted,(the seller should be happy with Paul for that), but are happy with our new home and the buying process..

Paul has been my Real Estate agent for a few years. He has helped me find tenants for my apartments and then he sold my house.
