About Me

Real estate and construction were a quick love affair for Scott Handler. At a young age, Scott began working for his father's construction company, Dreamstar Custom Homes, doing anything he could to learn, eventually turning that into a full time career. He plans on bringing that vast knowledge of construction to the Bretzlaff group as an exciting new venture in his life.

Scott earned a B.S. in finance from Florida State University in 2017 and quickly came back to his hometown of Palm Beach Gardens to work full time for Dreamstar, building $1M++ luxury custom and speculative homes in local country club and waterfront communities. While his father, Brett, is still at the helm of Dreamstar, Scott is handling the majority of the day to day operations as project coordinator, overseeing projects from sales to completion. This experience in construction will allow Scott to fully educate his clients on all aspects of the residential properties that he sells.

Scott believes it is extremely important to inform his clients on the visual appeal, but also the extensive detail of what's underneath all of the beauty. He says it gives the buyer a true appreciation for the home when they can fully understand what they are looking at, once educated on the construction of the home: foundation, insulation, windows, custom cabinetry and much, much more.

Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Scott's clients will benefit from his knowledge of the area and familiarity of local golf clubs and waterfront communities. He has been a part of the local sports community for his entire life and continued his love for baseball through a 2-year college baseball career. When Scott is not working, he can usually be found on our beautiful waterways or one of our many amazing golf courses. Scott looks forward to sharing his love and enthusiasm for Palm Beach County with his clients.
