Scott Bartlett has quietly become the smart money resource for buyers and developers looking to protect their interests and maximize profits in the core Hamptons market. Scott began his real estate career in 1994 as a Hamptons residential real estate developer, and continues to seek and advise on structuring acquisition, renovation and development opportunities for his contacts.

In 2001, Scott joined Prudential Douglas Elliman as the Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate - Hamptons Region. He parlayed his background in finance into a position as a principal in a privately held Commercial Real Estate syndicate. During his tenure with Prudential, he successfully launched the Commercial Division, and established Douglas Elliman as the premier source of regional commercial expertise. He worked with Brokers, within the company and throughout the Tri-State region, by assisting and leading them through the process of managing and closing retail, industrial, office, hospitality and commercial development transactions.

Scott is actively engaged in representing buyers and sellers, and sourcing residences, development opportunities, commercial investment properties, and commercial leases for his select national and international clientele since transitioning back to brokerage and development in 2007 following the successful closing of a $35 million multi-family sale between two major New York City developers.
