About Me

A passionate, experienced property agent and developer, Sam has a keen insight into the U.S and international markets. He thrives on interaction with fellow principals, agents and industry contacts, and the sense of achievement when putting deals together.

He likes to be continually challenged by complex deals, and building relationships within the sector. This allows him to immerse himself in industry news to be better able to forecast the market place in the future.

Having relocated to Los Angeles from London in January 2018, and arriving with a track record of having been personally involved in close to $200,000,000 worth of sales and acquisitions, Sam has made the transition to the Los Angeles sales market with ease.

Commencing his Real Estate career in 2006, Sam has spent half his career working as an agent in the Commercial Leasing and Investment sector, with the other half working as a Mixed-Use Developer, therefore bringing a wealth of experience to multiple Real Estate transactions. One example of a major transaction Sam was involved in, was the purchase and multi-million dollar redevelopment of J.M.Barrie's former home in the heart of London (this was the location where J.M.Barrie wrote the world famous book "Peter Pan"). Sam and his team acquired the property, redeveloped it, and sold for close to $40,000,000 after an initial purchase of $22,000,000 18 months earlier.

Sam's main focus in Los Angeles is to focus on the Residential and Commercial Markets. With numerous clients in Los Angeles and in the U.K, Sam's primal focus will be to uncover large 'off-market' investment / redevelopment opportunities which his clients and former investors can acquire.

Aside from work, Sam is a keen sports enthusiast and traveller, as well as being able to enjoy all the benefits California has to offer.
