Kenneth (Kenny) Hyman
DOUGLAS ELLIMAN
Real estate is a major part of our lives. It's both "home" and one of our greatest financial assets. As your real-estate agent, Kenneth takes his responsibility to you very seriously, whether you're buying or selling. He's extremely thoughtful, thorough, insightful and diligent throughout the entire process.
Kenneth has been an entrepreneur for many years, the proprietor of a deejay business, and as such, he's had to market his brand, book his own events, negotiate terms and master the art of understanding and fulfilling client expectations. Playing music for hundreds of thousands of people on dance floors all over the world has also helped him develop an uncanny knack for reading people, not-to-mention a keen ability to improvise, change direction and adapt without batting an eye.
Kenneth is very attentive and resourceful when taking on the needs of his real-estate clients. He aims to please and deliver outstanding results, as he always has. A New Yorker for nearly 25 years, his knowledge of the city is as deep as his passion for being of service. Living in the Village, Union Square, Lower East Side, Murray Hill, Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, and now Fieldston, Bronx, has fueled Kenneth's understanding of the city's distinct neighborhoods. He has additionally written tons of restaurant reviews, music reviews and e-blogs chronicling his life in the city, affording him unique insight on all things New York.
Originally from the Shore, Kenneth attended New York University and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and Creative Writing. Of all his endeavors, becoming a father has been the most challenging and rewarding. He is a devoted husband and dad, grateful for how much his family has given him. Kenneth's main hobbies and interests include music and deejaying, dancing (inspired by his wife, a ballerina at the Met Opera), exercise and food. He particularly loves authentic hole-in-the-wall restaurants where the experience goes beyond culinary, reaching into the cultural heart of what makes New York City so unique!
