Roger's background includes earning a B.S. in Construction Management at Florida International University followed by several years of work in the field. In 1997, the irresistible beauty of South Beach called to him and a successful career in real estate sales began.

Having lived most of his life in Florida, for Roger, Miami Beach is home. In the spirit of raising his twins in a safe and caring environment, Roger is active in his community volunteering for both local social assistance programs and serves on the city's Affordable Housing Committee.
