For over a decade, this real estate veteran has been representing clients in the sale and acquisition of beach properties in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. Clients appreciate her expertise on neighborhood markets, which enables her to instinctively match clients with their ideal properties. Patsy also excels at the negotiating table, navigating challenging situations with grace and ease. In 2010, when agents were leaving the business, Patsy handled the buy side on the most expensive property in Corona del Mar. She has closed other high dollar transactions in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. Patsy is a former advertising and marketing executive. Her work has appeared in USA TODAY, Robb Report, Worth, Vacation Homes, Travel Weekly and National Television. She is an expert when it comes to photography, marketing and advertising.
