About Me

In the early 90's I unexpectedly developed a passion for Real Estate while managing a company involved in purchasing a lot of property. My curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate then led me take my real estate license immediately and transition into the field full time. Within 6 months I was the top listing and sales agent in 2 states. My Midwestern dream was soon reality. After several years of below zero temps in the winter and mosquito's that could carry you away all summer, I became motivated to research the fastest growing real estate market on line and found myself in sunny Las Vegas.

I had many years of success in Las Vegas, through the duration of one of the largest economic booms in history. I started several investment groups and land holding companies that are currently in business today. Many of my clients had residences here in Laguna Beach and San Clemente, which once again brought me into a new real estate market that made me want to stay, so I did.

My business has been 100% referral since I started and I have taken great pride in the multiple friendships created through my job. I graduated from the Realtor Institute (GRI) and I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I always take my job personally, as nothing reflects more on my business practices.

I have continually bested top agents with my personal one-on-one service. With that combination you will never be in better hands. If I am too busy, I will refer business or Co-list with another agent or company to make sure my clients are getting the full spectrum of service they expect and deserve. This personal philosophy has always brought me success; the top priority is the client.

After all these years my passion is still real estate, but in 2010 I had my son Jacob. My passion has expanded and confirmed my ability to keep my business close at hand and keep it to a personal service level that still allows me the time and energy to watch and teach my son as he grows up. I found out he has Cerebral Palsy just before he was 2 years old and it has made me more passionate about helping other children with special needs. My real estate business has contributed to helping many other children and we will continue to do so with every referral I get.
