About Me

Natalie Elias is a leader in most recent generation of fresh and thriving residential agents. In a constantly changing market, Natalie believes that the old fashioned way of handling real estate transactions is in need of some advancement, which is where her strength lies. Known for "thinking outside the box", Natalie is able to create deals that most agents would not even consider feasible. That's why she and her teammates at Douglas Elliman are at the forefront of revolutionizing how real estate transactions are conducted.

Natalie first became interested in real estate and investing while still a college student getting her BA in Communication Studies and learning early on a multitude of investment techniques which she has been able to directly apply to her thriving business. Seeing the market from the investor's perspective, she is able to provide a unique skill set, exceptional insight, and a level of sophistication to each transaction.

After her start at Hilton & Hyland and ten years in the industry, you could really say that real estate is her passion and her life.

Since becoming a member of Douglas Elliman, she has implemented a viable approach to selling homes as she truly understands what encourages and motivates people.

By employing an in-house marketing team, web-optimization techniques, and an unparallel, distinct advertising campaign for each home, Natalie knows what it takes to get her clients premium prices.
