Michael differentiates himself by helping clients buy or sell homes at the price, terms, and timeframe clients are looking for. Michael is familiar with local areas and markets; his goal is to offer clients a professional, hands-on experience that protects them during the purchasing or selling of a home. Michael dedicates himself to giving one on one customer service and support creating positive experiences for his clients whether they are buying, selling, or investing in the market. Michael wants to ensure that his clients can enjoy the excitement and the experience, as well as, take advantage of his expertise and local knowledge. Not only is going over the home buying or selling process important, we will more importantly talk about the contract to close piece of the transaction. Whether clients are first time homebuyers, investors, or anything in between, Michaels range of skills and knowledge in negotiation, home inventory, locations, finance, and current market conditions will facilitate the finding of the right home and at the right price. Michael will obtain the best price for the sale of clients homes and prides himself on taking the time to get to know each and every client individually. From the first meeting to the signing, explanation of all required documents to the successful close of escrow, Michael will be listening to clients specific needs and wishes, remaining by their side every step of the way.
