About Me

Since taking a true leap-of-faith and moving to New York City from Albuquerque, NM at the age of 17, alone, with only a few hundred dollars to his name - Micah's drive and ambition in realizing his own American dream has translated seamlessly into dedication, perseverance, and most importantly, gratitude, for and on behalf of his clients.

With over 6 years of experience in New York City Real Estate at just 23 years of age he has honestly lived and breathed this business for his entire adult life. He is not only dedicated to his clients, but a seasoned professional: offering valuable insight, diligence, wisdom, and long-term perspective in various markets throughout the City. But equally as important - Micah has a wealth of knowledge of New York City real estate history, zoning laws, historical districts, and public works projects, offering his clients a competitive edge when marketing their property or searching for a new home.

Originally working for a boutique luxury real estate firm on the Upper East Side, Micah found his niche in South Harlem and Upper West Side residential properties, selling over $10M of real estate before turning 20 years old.

In 2015, after three years as an independent agent, Micah moved to Douglas Elliman as an apprentice to Ann Cutbill Lenane, a "broker to the stars" and long-time top-producing real estate broker in the entire United States. After his time with Ann, he moved on to the role of Creative Director for Douglas Elliman's Tavivian Team - a group specializing in new condominium development throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. In this role, Micah was in charge of branding and marketing several large condominium developments in Manhattan and Brooklyn, in addition to serving clients' day to day needs.

On a personal note - having lived in a truly vast array of New York City's neighborhoods, extending well beyond that of the average transplant's trotted path (Washington Heights, Harlem, Sheepshead Bay and Midwood, as well as the Upper West Side and eventually Williamsburg, his current home). The experience of living in an eclectic array of areas gave him a deep love for the entirety of New York City, not only its world-famous and trendy areas, but for its beautiful old neighborhoods and forgotten places - something that often puts a surprised smile on the faces of those who grew up in "that" New York.

Micah currently splits his time between New York and Paris, pursuing a masters in Philosophy and Russian at the Universite de Paris IV (la Sorbonne). He is fluent in French, and conversant and literate in both Russian and Spanish.
