About Me

Whether you are new to the market, thinking of moving up, or youre an experienced investor, you need someone qualified and experienced to help you accomplish your goals in a purchase or sale.



I bring 40 years of Real Estate experience in sales, construction, investment, management and financing to every transaction. As a 29 year resident of Santa Barbara I know the territory and the trends locally and globally that will impact your decisions, and as a Graduate of The Realtor Institute I join only 2% of my peers with that designation of higher learning in my field. My interest and research into Real Estate dynamics and what causes Real Estate markets to move has had the real world effects of saving my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in the timing of their Purchases and Sales. Buying homes or investment properties are typically the largest and most important purchases we make in our lifetimes, and my most important contribution is making sure those purchases and the decisions they are predicated on are sound. I have always considered myself to be a Real Estate life coach rather than a Real Estate Sales person.

My Mission is to always exceed your expectations, which has resulted in 98% of my clients coming back again and again to advise them on the buying and selling of their homes and investments. The national average is 6%. . I am delighted that most of my new business comes to me as referrals from former clients, who refer their friends, family and business associates. I seek to be part of the team that moves your life forward just as does your CPA, Physician, Lawyer and business confidantes. My goal is to be your Real Estate guide for life, not just a member of your most recent transaction.

Having worked on Board of Realtor committees to advance the interests of property owners throughout Santa Barbara, I am always in touch with events in the community affecting Real Estate. This work and my interactions with other agents has lead to my having the high respect and trust of my peers, which has also directly benefited my clients through the years.
