About Me

After living in Europe for 9 years studying art and design, I returned to the States and settled in Boston. Boston felt immediately like a livable European city: a great scale and wonderful neighborhoods.

My first venture was a small restaurant on Beacon Hill which I cheffed ran for 2 years. Always interested in architecture and real estate, I started to invest in property in metropolitan Boston. Becoming a real estate agent was a natural professional next step. Almost 30 years later, I am still active in this business.

My specialty is creative and unique residential and commercial properties with an exceptional reputation for loft marketing and sales. I have been involved in over 25 loft and other residential and commercial developments. Working closely with developers, architects and vendors I have been actively engaged in the design choices of these developments. My listings often attract an interesting and creative international clientele.

My range of listings and sales has been exceptional. A quick snapshot: the conversion of a Foundry in Somerville into a single-family home, designed and occupied by an internationally renowned architect, to the exciting conversion of a vanilla bean processing factory into a 43-unit loft building in the Seaport - the first residential building in what is now Boston's fastest growing market.

The Boston economy and real estate market have evolved and grown over the past 30 years. I have had the good fortune to be actively involved in the growing development, sales and marketing in neighborhoods such as, but not limited to: Beacon Hill, Back Bay, the South End, Charlestown, South Boston, Jamaica Plain, Dorchester and, of course, The Seaport. My professional reach far exceeds the boundaries of Metropolitan Boston and extends into its surrounding communities.

My success is due in large part to being an attentive listener, building relationships and quickly understanding individual's needs and real estate goals, be they buyer, seller or developer. I say with utmost modesty that I have a proven unique instinct to identify and assess the next emerging neighborhoods.
