For close to a decade, Kevin Landers has many successes in selling apartments and townhouses in the West Village and Brooklyn representing both buyers and sellers. He is able to guide you calmly and professionally through all aspects of a transaction. Kevin also has a great deal of experience in the sale of co-ops and condos. When asked what he finds enjoyable about real estate he said: "I really take pride in and enjoy finding someone a home and being part of matching property to people. I find really listening and getting to know someone is not only interesting but a key part of assisting in a search for a home."
Prior to real estate, Kevin came from a career in ultra high end renovation and is able to transfer that knowledge to a buyer who has plans to renovate. His keen eye for design, vast knowledge of home construction, and acute insight on the potential of space benefits both buyers and sellers alike.
Kevin is additionally a buyer and authority of Mid Century Modern Furniture and supplier to a number of stores in the city. Lastly, Kevin is an artist making sculpture and photography exhibiting in galleries in New York Europe. He has a book of photographs published by MTV Press/Powerhouse Books entitled Jackpot and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
