About Me

Even as a young agent, Kelsey Kroon has had great success, obtaining a $45-million listing to launch her career. She represented the seller as listing agent and closed the deal with her co-agent representing the buyer in that sale.

Prior to real estate, Kelsey was immersed in the world of corporate retail where she honed her skills in entrepreneurship, consumer research and trend forecasting. Before that, she attended school at FIDM with a degree in Merchandise Marketing. Her financial strength comes from trading stock and investing in multi-residential real estate, which she continues to do today. The knowledge and experiences she has garnered have been invaluable in her real estate career and have allowed her to put her networking and marketing strengths to work.

Kelsey's entry into real estate was almost destined. Due to her father's business, her family moved cities every two years throughout the Midwest and East Coast, giving her multiple perspectives on different environments and nurturing an adaptable personality. In addition, working with a diverse clientele comes naturally to Kelsey, which is why she enjoys focusing her real estate on the Los Angeles market where she has lived for the last 10 years.

She volunteers for non-profits such as Stop Hunger Now and has volunteered as an English language advisor for international students at UCLA. Additionally she has done philanthropic work to raise money for children with disabilities for a rehabilitation center as well as organizing activities for homeless youth in LA.
