With a lifetime summering in Southold, and a full time
resident for the past 15 years, Kathleen knows the North Fork like few others.

Add to that her 25+ years as Director of Marketing Communications for such global giants as L'Oreal USA, The Wella Corporation (P&G) and American Broadcasting Companies. She was the recipient of numerous industry awards for her creative marketing campaigns. Kathleen brings her multi-faceted sales & marketing expertise and the utmost level of professionalism to the real estate industry on the North Fork.

Kathleen's transition to real estate was seamless and she quickly rose the ranks to a North Fork Top Producer. In addition, she was voted Dan's Best of the Best Home Stager.

Her educational background includes art, design and marketing studies at the graduate level.
Kathleen enjoys sailing Peconic Bay, any & all activities on the beach, singing with the Peconic Bay Masterworks. She plays both piano & guitar.

Kathleen is a member of the Eastern Long Island Hospital Auxiliary and has been quite successful with their fund raising efforts.
