About Me

Originally from Connecticut, Jeff relocated to Boca Raton, upon graduating from Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in economics and finance.
After obtaining a series 7 license and a short stint in the financial industry, Jeff was introduced to the world of real estate and has never looked back.
Starting with representing bank owned properties, Jeff quickly transitioned into selling luxury homes in country club, waterfront and estate communities. A true student of the industry, he eventually branched out into commercial property sales and leasing, site acquisition and development sales.
Jeff has sold everything from industrial space, income properties, vacant residential and agricultural parcels, to high-end homes, condominiums and oceanfront estates. In 2013, he added new construction sales to his resume, Jeff was one half of a team which turned around and sold-out Dolcevita, a boutique oceanfront building on Singer Island. Jeff and his partner were responsible for every aspect of project sales and marketing, including pricing, media selection, event planning, collateral development, advertising and investor relations. While finishing up Dolcevita in 2015, Jeff found an oceanfront opportunity in Highland Beach. He negotiated the sale of the land, assisted with site approval, architectural design, developed the marketing plan, collateral, pricing and ran new sales for six townhouse residences, with a retail value in excess of $40,000,000.
Some of Jeff's noteworthy sales include: The Delray Beach Yacht Club, Ocean Breeze/Boca Teeca Country Club (220 acres), 1500 acres of orange groves in St Lucie County and 3621 S. Ocean Blvd in Highland Beach (200 feet of oceanfront land). In addition to selling these properties, Jeff was instrumental in obtaining entitlements, site planning and resolving zoning issues.
A veteran of the real estate industry for 30 years, Jeff has always taken the time and effort to understand and serve each client to the best of his ability. While Jeff relishes taking on the challenges of a complex transaction, he will readily handle a seasonal rental for a valued client.
For the past 14 years, Jeff has made Jupiter his home, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he can be found with his family, exploring the Florida Keys, fishing, enjoying the local beaches, and attending his kid's football and volleyball games.
