Being born and raised in the South Bay of the Greater Los Angeles area, Jared Delgadillo has had a wide array of exposure to local market trends and valuations as well as residential property acquisition and investment. He has experienced success early in his career in real estate by quickly excelling from administrative assistant at a small real estate/real estate investment office into an asset manager of a 27-property portfolio. He has also assisted in the acquisition and rehabilitation of numerous properties in California, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
