About Me

Norman Wang believes that no deal is too small, that informed customers are happy customers, and that referrals his best rewards. As a dedicated real estate agent, he strives to provide a highly personalized level of service to every individual tailored to their needs. His strengths lie in analyzing his clients' desires and parameters, and educating them through the process of finding a home backed by close, attentive guidance.

Norman's analytical mind, complex problem solving skills and high performance under pressure come from his background as a former financial application developer for Bloomberg. He draws on his extensive knowledge to present to buyers and sellers the conditions of the current market, and anticipated future trends so they are better able to make informed decisions.

A resident of Midtown East, Norman works with clients in various neighborhoods and price ranges. Originally from China and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he came to New York over 10 years ago and has been enamored ever since. Norman holds a Master degree in Information Technology from New York University. He looks forward to applying his attention to detail and creative, proactive approach to your real estate undertaking.
