About Me

Mr. Pasquale is a dynamic, nationally award-winning, marketing and sales executive with over 20 years experience as an innovator in the real estate industry. His expertise encompasses the envisioning and creative development of some of the top resort, golf, traditional, high- and mid-rise homes and master-planned communities in the nation, serving the primary, secondary, and active-adult housing markets and selling more than 10,000 homes valued at over $20B.

He has orchestrated the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and thousands of marketing campaigns covering scores of diverse products, locations and consumer groups, while simultaneously training and motivated hundreds of sales associates and managers..

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at RXR Realty, LLC, Mr. Pasquale spearheaded a national team of industry professionals providing leadership in community and product design and development, marketing and media strategies, and sales management. He has won numerous awards for his unique approach to marketing and sales, interior merchandising and landscaping.

During his tenure as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for WCI Communities' Northeast U.S. Region, Mr. Pasquale led the company to win six "Community of the Year" awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), as well as being named "Marketing Director of Year" in 1999. As well as receiving numerous accolades from regional and local organizations. As Vice President of Marketing and Sales for K. Hovnanian Companies' Northeast Regional Operations, Mr. Pasquale was instrumental in leading the company into the luxury home and active-adult market place while developing K. Hovnanian's active-adult brand (K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons) , and creating the company's first 17 square-foot world-class interactive Home Design Gallery.

He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, with a Bachelor's of Science degree, and has a Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM).
