Emily Wood is a nationally certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and Realtor specializing in luxury real estate in the South Bay and surrounding beach communities. With a strong focus on customer education and satisfaction, Emily's main objective is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, while ensuring that her clients needs and expectations are met with outstanding results. Utilizing the latest technology available in the market and with her background in customer service, Emily works on a very personal level to insure success for both buyers and sellers.

Raised in a family focused on real estate, Emily was first introduced to property management at age 18 when she began actively marketing and managing investment properties in beach communities in New Jersey and the Cayman Islands. This opportunity granted her invaluable experience in customer relations, negotiation and market analytics, setting the stage for her career in real estate.

After studying Economics at New York University, Emily worked in client relations with a national legal publishing firm. This provided Emily with valuable knowledge when navigating the codes and regulations specific to individual cities, helping to identify the best use for each unique property. Along with the development of strong organizational skills, Emily utilizes this ability to research local laws to successfully match buyers and sellers.

Naturally gravitating to real estate, Emily moved to southern California in 2017 to pursue a career that would offer professional and personal fulfillment as a real estate agent. With her understanding of market trends, experience in sales/marketing and the desire to provide exceptional service, Emily's success can be measured by the 30+ transactions completed in her first year as a real estate agent.
