Elena Christodoulou was the Vice President of Sales for Chateau Group, Fendi Chateau Residences and Chateau Beach in Miami . Fendi Chateau is the first residential building in the world by Fendi. Prior to her current position she was the International Sales Consultant at Regalia, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami,the most exclusive ultra luxury development with only 39 residences, one unit per floor, unobstructed 360 views. Award winner as the best development in the Americas, Elena represented Europe, Middle East, Russia, Canada and the United States. She sold over $1 Billion in total sales ,with over $900 Million sold of pre-construction residences from the year of 2013-2016 after being promoted and moving to Miami in 2013. Prior to her previous position she was the Luxury Property Specialist at Douglas Elliman with team Senada Ad¿¿em, the company's Top Performing Group in Florida. Elena was responsible for marketing and sales of the group's exclusive luxury multi-million dollar listings. Since 2006, Ad¿¿em and her team sold over $200 Million of real estate and their reputation for providing superior service that rapidly grew throughout the country. The Senada Adzem team have been featured by Wall Street Journal, Haute Living, The Real Deal, New York Post, Sun Sentinel, South Florida Business Journal, Miami Herald,Coastal Star and Ocean Drive.

From 2004 until 2007, Elena was the Sales Director at Andreas Georgiou Developers in Paphos, Cyprus-Europe, where she was the Top Producer and received a Gold Achievement Sales Award for the company. Elena's duties included sales and marketing of inventory and taking each project from development stage to comprehensive marketing, pricing and sales execution. She created and executed branding strategies, directed advertising, and media efforts to target markets for more than 30 projects. Elena was also responsible for setting up and managing the company trade shows in Europe and Middle East.
Elena earned her B.A. degree in Business Administration at Fredrick University in Limassol, Cyprus. Elena is fluent in English, Greek and Afrikaans.
Elena maintains her Florida Real Estate License with Chateau International Realty- The Chateau Group. She is very involved in the community with such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, Fundraising Charity Events, Brossard Outreach, Urban Youth Impact, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Moca Museum fundraisers and more.
