Dennis Mangone is more than one of New York's top residential brokers. As a consultant to leading developers, he has helped shape some of the most admired condominium buildings in Manhattan, creating unrivaled properties that he is then able to offer to discerning clients, a who's-who of art collectors, athletes, entertainers, and leaders of industry. The remarkable list of buildings that Dennis has been involved in since conception, serving in each case as far more than a broker, includes: 40 Bond (Ian Schrager, Herzog & de Meuron); 50 Gramercy Park North (Ian Schrager, John Pawson); 215 Chrystie (Ian Schrager, Herzog & de Meuron, John Pawson); 160 Leroy (Ian Schrager, Herzog & de Meuron, John Pawson); 10 Madison Square West (Witkoff, Alan Wanzenberg); and The Eleventh (HFZ, Six Senses, Bjarke Ingels). In Florida he has been involved in predevelopment planning of The Residences at the Miami Beach EDITION (Ian Schrager, John Pawson); Park Grove Miami (Terra Group, Related Group, OMA/Rem Koolhaas, William Sofield) and Faena House (Alan Faena, Foster + Partners). His California projects include the Residences at the West Hollywood EDITION (Witkoff, John Pawson). He has also been responsible for large numbers of resales in the Time Warner Center, on Columbus Circle; One Beacon Court, part of the complex that houses the headquarters of Bloomberg LLC; Trump World Tower; also known as 845 United Nations Plaza; and 40 Bond. One unit at 40 Bond that he hasn't resold is his own home, with interior architecture by John Pawson. He has also lived in the Mandarin Oriental Residences in New York and the Four Seasons Residences in Miami; one of his specialties is condominiums above hotels.

A New York native, Dennis got his start in real estate at Douglas Elliman, where he has spent the majority of his career. He gravitates toward full-service buildings that incorporate visionary architecture and museum-quality finishes, the product of taste and expertise honed during his two decades in real estate and his involvement in the fashion and contemporary art worlds: Dennis is a regular at runway shows and at fairs like Art Basel, Art Basel Miami, Design Miami, Frieze London, and PAD. He possesses an intimate understanding of the cities he works in and of trends and conditions in their rapidly evolving residential markets. His role as a consultant ensures that he is as knowledgeable about new developments - where he has helped produce beautiful layouts, elegant appointments, and spectacular amenities - as he is about established buildings.
