About Me


Debby J. Solomon has been in the sales end of the real estate business for the last 25 years as a broker, an owner of a brokerage firm, and a sales manager. Debby is known for being a highly skilled negotiator on behalf of her clients and for her knowledge of all facets of real estate transactions, especially the crucial financial aspects that often make the difference as to whether or not a deal is successful. Clients are referred to her from all over world. She prides herself on giving the same attention to a multi-million dollar transaction that she does to a deal in the low six-figure range. She credits her success with her ability to work with all parties in a transaction -- buyers, sellers, attorneys, managing agents, building staff, mortgage brokers and bankers, as well as other brokers. Further, her extensive knowledge of both buildings throughout Manhattan as well as co-op boards and their requirements has contributed to her credibility. She strongly believes that a sense of mutual trust must be created between broker and client for any transaction to work in both the short and long term, and that a demonstration of this in the early stages of a relationship goes a long way to producing desired results and a happy client.
