About Me

Deborah Baumohl leaves no stone unturned. Since 2001 she has dedicated herself to ensuring her clients' satisfaction.

Home is the most important place in the world, Deb believes, and she treats her buyers and sellers like family. She works with people through all the stages of their lives, helping them make the best decisions for their unique needs. From single-family homes and luxury properties to co-ops, condos and townhouses; whether you are buying for the first time, ready to downsize or relocating from out of town, her goal is to provide world-class service, warm hospitality, and outstanding results.

Real estate is a major life change and decision-making process that Deb takes very seriously. "I am knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and experienced. I approach my profession with the understanding that this is not a simple transaction, but a substantial investment and big step in someone's life. My job is to do what is right for my client; that means listening to your needs and putting you first!"

A SUNY Binghamton graduate, Deb worked in promotional marketing for 22 years prior to real estate. An account supervisor for many blue chip clients, and overseeing hundreds of photo shoots and campaigns, she knows how to market and sell! Her creative eye allows her to envision the possibilities of space for her buyers, and stage her sellers' properties with utmost appeal.

Deb has lived all over Westchester County from the New Rochelle waterfront to Wykagyl, Larchmont, White Plains and Bedford Hills. She also lived in the state of Florida from 2009-2012 while gaining firsthand experience with waterfront and retirement communities in Palm Beach County. A true New Yorker at heart, she currently resides in the north end of New Rochelle with her husband, where she enjoys a deep connection to the community they both adore.

In the summer months, Deb likes relaxing on her terrace overlooking the city she loves, and tending to her homegrown tomato and herb plants - the necessary ingredients for her Caprese salad and other delicacies she whips up.
