About Me

With just over 12 years of experience as a Los Angeles Realtor and over 25 years of Business and Negotiating experience I have confidently helped 100's of buyers and sellers with their home and/or condo transactions. As a Native Los Angeleano I grew up in the Beverly Hills adjacent area. I have an extensive background in legal matters as I was the Office Manager of a Beverly Hills law firm for 8 years and then was a Talent Agent with my own talent company, for approximately 5 years, where I negotiated 100's of talent contracts with many top networks and production companies. I see my "path" as an extremely valuable one, in being a Realtor, as I have a firm grasp on legal matters, negotiations, contracts and, perhaps most importantly, dealing with a multitude of personalities and working with all types to get deals and situations fully resolved and completed, with all parties very happy with the result. I am also a certified Green Architecture agent; member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, as well as an expert in all real estate contracts and negotiation. I am a very hands-on Realtor and have a great support team at my office, however, I am and will always be your point person for any and all questions or conversations about the real estate process, transaction and any details. I am always happy to communicate with you about your questions, comments, etc. I was originally associated with Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills for about 9 years, where I learned and grew as a professional agent.

Your Real Estate transaction with me will be seamless, stressless and most importantly productive with all details taken care of. This is extremely beneficial to all our clients because of our reach to many affluent buyers in the different regions of California; who we have seen purchase homes in many of locations that our offices are in. My Mission Statement is: To care for and value my clients and to serve them in their needs and desires. Being a Real Estate Agent, for me, is about delivering the highest level of service and trust to my client(s), as well as guiding my client(s) toward a purchase or sale that is both financially and emotionally rewarding for them. An earned fee is far less important to me than the long term relationship that I aspire to have with all my clients. I look forward to serving you and helping you achieve your Real Estate goals.
