Dalia's expertise lies in her extensive knowledge of the Luxury Properties Market on The North Shore of Long Island, known as The Gold Coast. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Sports & Entertainment Division in Douglas Elliman. Due to her vast knowledge and experience in new construction, Dalia is regularly asked to consult with builders, contractors and architects in the design phase of the new construction projects. She is extremely perceptive of her client's needs and is known to be an expert in real estate valuation. Dalia is continuously rewarded by her loyal clients who have acknowledged her fine work with referrals and repeat business.
Dalia has a solid sales track record with a diverse and extensive clientele of real estate buyers, sellers, and investors, and her consistent outstanding performance has presented her with prestigious awards that the top 1% of sales professionals in The Douglas Elliman Company have earned, such as The Platinum Award, The Chairman's Circle Gold Award, The Presidents Circle Award, and The Leading Edge Awards. Dalia's partnership with Knight Frank, the leading luxury real estate firm in Europe, plus her advertising approach, has given her listings the opportunity to stand above the competition in reaching out to all potential buyers, including the international buyers.
Dalia is a North Shore veteran of 35 years, and her passion for real estate and her genuine concern for meeting the needs of her clients are evident in her unique consultative approach. From first time home buyers to seasoned investors, Dalia achieves optimum results by educating clients on market conditions and helping them through every facet of their transaction. By assisting both buyers and sellers in their understanding of the market, she leads clients through a well-informed decision making process which results in buyers realizing their dream home, and sellers maximizing sale prices. Dalia is very dedicated and devoted to providing individualized attention to her clients and catering to all aspects of their real estate needs.
Initially a premed student, Dalia went on to complete a BA and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Psychology, with a minor degree in Math. Her entrepreneurial spirit first appeared at age 16, when she established and managed a wholesale jewelry (gold and diamonds) business. Her knowledge and love of math eventually led her to the banking industry where she managed client accounts, as well as the foreign currency exchange in international banking.
Dalia is a supporter of worthy causes that are close to her heart, such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The American Cancer Society, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Make a Wish Foundation, and Penelope's Odyssey. She is also on the advisory board of Friends of Karen, and a board member of The DeRosa Foundation.
