Corey Aurand

After a 22-year career in the golf business, where he designed, developed, owned and operated golf facilities, partnering with his fellow golf professionals as well as real estate developers, Corey obtained his real estate sales associate license with the intent of completing commercial real estate transactions.

As a PGA professional, his penchant for the "people business" made his transition to residential real estate a smooth one. Corey moved to Florida from the western United States after being recruited by the Professional Golfers Association of America to become its Senior Director of Golf Properties in 2010.

Corey brings an innovative and visionary leadership quality to the Jupiter team, and his role - Director of Operations. With expertise in short and long-range strategic planning, marketing, financial analysis, executive management and business development, Corey is a creative, organized executive with a track record of increasing cash flow and profit margins while maintaining the highest level of standards for the programs and services developed in conjunction with Tracy Ward.

Having managed budgets and projects totaling over $125 million, and staff sizes ranging from as few as 12 to as many as 350, Corey's business skills provide the Jupiter team with strong administration oversight, allowing the sales professionals to focus their energies on taking care of the most important asset of all … our clients.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California where he played centerfield for the Trojan baseball team, Corey received a B.A. in Communications. He resides in Jupiter with his wife, Jan, and kids Meredith, Marshall, Conner and Logan.
