A top-producing Manhattan real estate expert, Cord Stahl has earned many industry awards since entering the field in 2002. He's also continually won clients over with his approachable and sincere personality, strong product knowledge, and highly professional behavior. Based out of the Upper West Side office at Douglas Elliman, Cord & his team are experts throughout Manhattan from Tribeca to the Upper East Side. The team has expanded into the Westchester market, now also based out of the Scarsdale office.

After living the exciting Manhattan lifestyle for 12 years, Cord now resides with his family in Scarsdale, NY. Born and raised in Westchester, he understands some clients want the quiet suburban lifestyle while others prefer to have the world at their fingertips in the big city. His passion for both markets helps buyers focus on a neighborhood that will encourage and support who they are, as well as what their 'end goal' might be in the future. He has a natural ability to understand and identify with his customers' unique needs and has exemplary patience in seeing them through the entire process to their ultimate success.

When it comes to production, Cord has done it all throughout his career. Almost 90% of his business stems directly from client referrals. Cord and his team recently marketed full-floor condominium units at 732 West End Avenue, a new boutique building on the Upper West Side. The team sold over $30,000,000 worth of property and set new neighborhood records as a result of their strategic marketing campaign. He was recruited by Alexico Group to market 230 Riverside Drive, a prewar condominium conversion at West 95th Street. His team sold over 30 sponsor units and raised the profile of the building and the neighborhood. Today, the building is considered one of the premier condominiums on Riverside Drive and Cord continues to achieve record sales prices for current homeowners in the building. Cord has sold high-profile properties in Tribeca, SOHO, The West Village & Greenwich Village.

Social Media is a big part of real estate in today's ever-changing world. Cord has fully embraced how the internet has brought essential real estate information to the masses and has helped to make the market transparent for the customer. He participates in 10K and Half Marathon races & enjoys skiing with his family in Vermont.
