About Me

Christopher Couzens is a seasoned project management professional and entrepreneur who has built a solid reputation among his clients and colleagues through years of working with some of the world's most impressive Fortune 500 companies including Xerox and Citibank before moving into luxury real estate. With an analytical mind and a friendly and easy demeanor, he has the perfect combination of skills to suit every type of client.

Working with buyers and sellers across South Florida, Christopher has a strong command of the single family and condominium markets. As a skilled negotiator, he deftly guides his clients through the real estate process and has a special knack for assisting those from outside of the area find and secure their perfect home. "My goal is to provide a superior experience for my clients so that when their transaction is complete, they will come back to me for future needs and refer me to their friends and family," says Christopher. Originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Christopher loves travel, photography, boating and technology. Educating buyers and sellers about the real estate process while utilizing current trends and today's technologies maximize his strategic approach to his business. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. He has lived in the Fort Lauderdale area for more than five years.
