About Me

Christina Visca, a senior global real estate advisor, has been selling and leasing luxury property in New York City for over 25 years. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman she was with Sotheby's International Realty for 13 years and the award winning Marketing Directors for 10.

Her refined aesthetic and vision comes from her passion for music, fashion, art and culture, which transcends into everything she does.

Christina has a single commitment to guiding her clients, whether purchasers or sellers, in making one of life's most important decisions with absolute confidence while enjoying it every step of the way.

She keeps it simple: listen, understand and build trust.
Christina feels that in today's complex marketplace the services of a skilled and seasoned broker are more valuable than ever.

Christina continually wins the gratitude, respect and loyalty of her discerning buyers and sellers who seek the highest level of service. She lists among her client base some of the most recognized names in fashion, music and entertainment. A warm, funny and trusting person, Christina forms lasting relationships with most of her clients and her enthusiastic repeat business is a true testament to her success.

For all her years in real estate, Christina is proud to be the broker specialist in the renowned Police Building (240 Centre Street in Manhattan) where she has sold and rented more homes than any other broker.

Christina brings her keen sense of business skills and unique style from her prior careers in fashion, interior design and the nightclub business. A graduate of FIT, she was one of the youngest managers at the prestigious Bergdorf Goodman, ran an Italian furniture company in the D&D building honing her eye for interior design and simultaneously excelled in the nightclub business. Christina held the coveted position of guarding the velvet ropes for some of New York City's most famous nightclubs. One of her proudest accomplishments was creating and owning one of New York City's most legendary dance clubs, The original Sound Factory on West 27th Street. She still enjoys producing events, many which benefit her favorite AIDs charities and various dog rescues.

Christina is a true New Yorker who has lived in Manhattan nearly 35 years. She loves to travel, is a huge music aficionado, spin class devotee, restaurant buff, interior design follower and a New York sports fan. Most of all she is an animal lover who volunteers at Bide-A-Wee walking an spending time with the dogs up for adoption.
