About Me

With more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry with a specialization in Charlestown, Beacon Hill, and the Back Bay Waterfront, Carol Adolph is an invaluable resource to her clients - both buyers and sellers. Her reputation for providing exceptional and results-driven service that is custom-tailored to her clients, coupled with her market savvy and keen negotiation skills, has consistently made her one of the most sought-after brokers in Greater Boston. Adding to that, her background in renovation and development truly sets her apart from other brokers - she has held her Construction Supervisors License since 1999 - so can confidently "talk the talk" and is able to lend her expertise to buyers entering the development sector of the marketplace.

Carol was responsible for nearly 90% of all sales and resales at the 81-unit Courtyard Condominium development project in Charlestown. Further, she was a lead broker, Head of Marketing, and Assistant to the Developer for the 37-unit Orchard Hill Condominium and for the Residences at Thompson Square (both in Charlestown) and has found homes for several prominent members of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.

Born and raised in Newton, MA, Carol left the Boston area to attend the University of Miami. Later, she pursued an MBA at Simmons Graduate School of Management. In her free time, Carol is deeply committed to her community: she was the founder of the Charlestown Christmas Walk and has served on the boards of the Charlestown Preservation Society and the Charlestown Business Association.
