Her passion for construction and development, especially in the areas of estate and farm homes and properties, has led Visse to become a well-rounded agent with unparalleled knowledge when it comes to our area's most unique properties. Buying land and then building the estate of her dreams, complete with a 24-stall barn, she has a large network of contractors, builders and designers at her and her clients' disposals.
Each client has a unique set of wants and needs and Visse is a gifted professional when it comes to matching her clients' needs with a property. She does all of her own market analysis, staying closely connected to the offerings available, and shares all of her findings with the potential buyers and sellers. Working with a client to check off all the boxes on their list of wants is incredibly rewarding for Visse.
Prior to earning her real estate license six years ago, Visse lived and worked in New York. An enthusiastic owner of 15 horses, both show and rescue animals, she embarked on her dream of building a farm, which she completed in January 2010 and when she sold it in 2014, it sold at the record price for that area. Today, she is developing 25 acres that will include a 24-stall barn and a 6,000 square foot home, within three miles of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. Her horses have been shown at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL since 1989 and her love of these horses and rescuing them from terrible situations is immediately evident.
Born in Memphis, TN, Visse attended Southern Methodist University where she majored in Art History. After college, she moved to Manhattan and worked at a gallery specializing in high net worth clients for four years before moving on to the prestigious Christie's Auction House. Moreover, Visse owned a wedding planning company for several years. Her experience and fulfillment in planning every step of the process in one of the most important events in her clients' lives are what eventually led her to switch gears. Although she loved the fast-paced lifestyle of New York, she eventually decided to relocate to South Florida where she began her real estate career. Since the start of her real estate career she has developed and built the estate of her dreams and continues to make a difference in Wellington's equestrian community. Her passion, hard work and dedication in life are her strongest attributes to her success in the industry. With over 20 years of experience, Visse serves as an invaluable resource for her clients.
Visse donates a percentage of her commissions to animal welfare charities across the country with a focus on horse rescue.
