(New York, NY) – Jonesl.e.s., a new rental development located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side at 331East Houston Street, has officially begun leasing. The 13-story building,located between Ridge Street and Attorney Street, offers 78 units and animpressive suite of lifestyle amenities. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively handling the marketing andleasing for project.

Jones l.e.s. issponsored by Halpern Real Estate Ventures (HREV), SMA Equities and LynkHoldings, and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group. The building’s interiors, inspiredby the aesthetic of the Lower East Side, incorporate raw and natural materialssuch as exposed concrete and blackened steel.
