DOUGLAS ELLIMAN WELCOMES TWO ADDITIONS TO THE WESTCHESTER LEADERSHIP TEAM

(Westchester,NY) – Douglas Elliman Real Estate is pleased to announce thatLouise Colonna and Paul Tollefson have joined the firm as Executive Managers ofSales in Westchester. Colonna will lead the Scarsdale office, and Tollefsonwill head up the firm’s Chappaqua, Armonk andPleasantville offices.

In her roleas Executive Manager of Sales of the Scarsdale office, Colonna will oversee theoffice’s 40-plus agents and day to day operations. Withover 30 years of real estate experience, including 15 years in management, Colonnapreviously served as a Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker in White Plains.

“I am so happy to take on the challenges of this excitingnew role at Douglas Elliman and to work with some of the best agents in theindustry,” said Colonna.

Tollefson will serve as the Executive Manager of Sales of theChappaqua, Armonk and Pleasantville offices and will oversee approximately 80agents. Tollefson relocated to Northern Westchester last year from SanFrancisco, where he owned and operated a luxury boutique real estate agencywhich he later sold to Coldwell Banker -- an agency which maintained thehighest sales volume per agent in San Francisco. Most recently, Mr. Tollefsonwas a sales associate at Ginnel Real Estate in Bedford.
