DOUGLAS ELLIMAN WELCOMES DOUGLAS WILLIFORD AS MANAGER OF SALES AT 90 HUDSON STREET OFFICE

(NewYork, NY) – Douglas Elliman Real Estate is pleased to announce that DouglasWilliford has joined the firm as the new manager of its 90 Hudson Street officein TriBeCa. In this leadership role, Williford will oversee the day to dayoperations of the office and its diverse and talented group of agents, workingalongside Amy Hill, Assistant Executive Manager of Sales.

“Known forhis people skills, attention to detail, and quick, strategic thinking, Dougbrings a great new energy, perspective and skill set our TriBeCa office,” saidSteven James, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Manhattan brokerage. “He is a fantasticaddition to our management team, and we’re so happy to have him on board.”

Williford, a New York ResidentialSpecialist, is active on the Residential Brokerage Committee and theResidential Branch Managers Committee. He is an active member of REBNY. He beganhis career in real estate at Warburg, where he quickly developed valuableindustry relationships and launched a successful career as a well-respected andhigh-producing agent in just a few years. Previously, he spent a decade working as an actor, who was featured infilm, television and commercial projects. He holds a BBA in Marketing fromMercer University.
