Los Angeles, CA, March 10, 2016 -- Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the leading luxury real estate brokerage, officially launches its Beverly Hills flagship as the headquarters of its Western Region expansion. The 11,000 sq. ft. space located at the former William Morris Agency’s El Camino address, will accommodate more than 100 agents, executive staff and a West Coast team for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. 

Douglas Elliman has leveraged decades of coast-to-coast business with top agents and owners to recruit top-tier agents and executives with deep market knowledge and long-time relationships in key locations including Los Angeles and Aspen. The Beverly Hills office will be the foundation for all future expansion into West Coast markets where Elliman’s expertise in prime property and its ability to transact globally are must haves for sophisticated buyers and sellers.

Designed by award-winning architect Patrick Tighe, the flagship space takes on a California-inspired, contemporary interior featuring a dramatic Venetian plaster staircase that unites the two-level, smart technology office. Paneled windows spanning the height of both floors wrap an inviting, open reception suite and the loft-like office space above, making the Elliman work experience one that unites its agents and executives with the community and the community with its agents and executives.  Tighe has produced over 30 buildings within the culturally diverse neighborhoods of the greater Los Angeles area and nationwide.
