DOUGLAS ELLIMAN CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF WELLINGTON OFFICE

WELLINGTON, FL (December 14, 2015) –Douglas Elliman today announced the official opening of the firm’s WellingtonOffice at the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club, located at 11199 Polo ClubDrive in Palm Beach’s Village of Wellington. The opening marks the continuedexpansion for the national brokerage around the region bringing the total to 16offices in the South Florida market. To celebrate, a cocktail reception andribbon cutting took place the evening before.

The newWellington office will be spearhead by the regions managing broker, DonLangdon, a longtime real estate veteran. Langdon has established a substantialname for himself in the region having begun his career at the Palm Beach PoloGolf and Country Club—a prestigious country club home to Olympic riders, poloplayers and equestrians—in 1984. He quickly gained local attention and wasnamed “Top Producer” for seven consecutive years by The Realtors Association ofthe Palm Beaches. Langdon joined Douglas Elliman in January of 2014 havingexceeded a volume of over $1 billion in sales with over 1,000 transactions.Langdon will continue to lead the Douglas Elliman Wellington/Palm Beach networkgrowing to more than 90 agents who specialize in high-end homes, condominiums,and equestrian properties throughout the market.
