Josh Bergen is not in the business of “selling” his clients on anything. He provides the highest level of customer service, while relaying the most accurate information, so they can make clear, confident decisions. “I have a fantastic network of top professionals, and provide 'white glove' concierge and advisory services to my clients. I make sure that they are taken care of, from the first contact, to closing, and beyond.”
Josh's goal is to make every real estate transaction that he is involved with reach the closing table as smoothly as possible. He treats each client's needs with great individual care, and with many years of high-end, personal-touch customer service experience, Josh never wavers from his commitment to transparency and integrity, and to meeting the unique needs of each client. He holds himself to the highest standards with regards to the level of service, attentiveness, and follow-through that he provides. “I want my sellers, buyers, and renters to feel like they are some of the most important people in the world to me – because they truly are.” Personal relationships have always been at the heart of his success. Josh previously owned and ran a private personal training business in Los Angeles (where he was able to keep his fantastic group of clients year, after year, after year), but was drawn to come back home to New York.
This third-generation New Yorker was born in Manhattan and raised in Englewood, New Jersey. He graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Business (with a focus on Management) and concentrations in Political Science and Theater. When downtime allows, Josh (who loves all things New York) enjoys live music, playing his guitars, spending time at museums and galleries, as well as movies and theater. As a lifelong athlete, he enjoys ice hockey, tennis, and skiing.
Josh is a proud member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and has earned the distinction of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
