Marketing: With an extensive marketing background, Albert is well-equipped to creatively promote any home. As an advertising and marketing executive for 11+ years, he helped Fortune 500 companies like GE and Bank of America, and luxury brands including Emirates and Lincoln develop major ad campaigns. Albert uses a customized approach, analyzing who the ideal buyer is, how to find them, and how to position your property as “the one.”
Relationships: Strong client relationships mean everything to him. “Although we’re doing business, I like to make our connection more personal. This allows me to really understand who you are and what you want, so I can do everything I can to get the outcome you deserve.”
Research: Albert is a big advocate for data and research, but won’t let that get in the way of the human side of the business. Having as much information as possible, however, is key to developing a tailored strategy.
Lucky to have been born and raised in the greatest city in the world, New York, Albert hails from Queens, works in Manhattan, and currently lives in Brooklyn. On the personal side, he is a big sneaker enthusiast, and an even bigger donut lover! Albert is also a former Olympic weightlifter who competed in local events.
