Dana Brockway

As a fifth-generation native of Sag Harbor, Dana radiates an innate expertise and knowledge of the East End. Witnessing the transformation of the historic Bulova Watch Factory (where her grandparents spent their time as loyal employees) to the astounding Watchcase Condominiums located there today, she hosts a deep-rooted understanding of the history behind the Hamptons, the evolution of the market, and the opportunities that exist for the future.

Dana brought her invaluable insights to Douglas Elliman to serve the Hamptons real estate community and enhance the purchase or sale experience for others. Her clients rely on her intimacy with the area and appreciate her fine-tuned ability to understand their unique needs. Prior to residential sales, Dana worked in the field of property management honing her strong attention to detail, customer service savvy, and proactive work ethic to ensure seamless oversight of each task and transaction. Her marketing and advertising background also fuels her skillfulness and creative thinking. As former Business Development Manager at Hamptons Magazine, Dana brings a unique marketing perspective and keen ability to create and facilitate compelling campaigns that spotlight her clients’ wonderful properties.

When not busy meeting clients, showing properties and making deals, Dana loves indulging in the ever-growing culinary scene in the Hamptons and frequenting the idyllic local bookstores. She also enjoys walking with her Black Lab, Luna, along the shores of the many stunning beaches the area has to offer.
