“Let me help you find your dream home in the Hamptons! And, if you are thinking of selling your home in the Hamptons, I can help you too. In this changing market you need someone you can trust, who knows the inventory and the subtleties of locations, who understands land value and construction quality, and who listens to you.”
Ranked consistently as a top agent in the Hamptons, Priscilla Garston brings together all the fine qualities one would want in a knowledgeable, qualified, dedicated real estate professional. Not only does she provide clients with utmost respect and attention to their goals; she also treats them as business partners, keeping them abreast of their transaction every step of the way. Buyers and investors truly appreciate Priscilla’s honest, straightforward approach and commitment to finding the best home and value for their needs. Sellers are equally impressed with her aggressiveness in marketing their properties and attaining the best price possible in the shortest amount of time.
Complementing Priscilla’s expert service, guidance and professionalism are the simple things that others seem to take for granted, yet are so important like a prompt return phone call; listening, hearing, and adhering to what someone says; being reachable any time of day or night; and taking time to know people so they’ll become clients, even friends, for life.
Originally from New Haven, CT, Priscilla earned a B.A. in Art History from Vassar College, which served as the foundation for the creative eye and great aesthetic sensibility she brings to her real estate work. For the next two decades, she achieved success as a marketing executive in the book and magazine publishing business in New York City.
Priscilla has owned many homes in the Hamptons and currently lives in Bridgehampton with her family. She knows the neighborhoods and inventory throughout the Hamptons as intimately as she does new construction, renovation and vacant land markets, so can help buyers, sellers and investors in all capacities. Priscilla loves her work and adores her community, from the beautiful scenery to the wonderful farm stands she frequents. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining, plus volunteering for various area charities and conservation causes when time allows.
