Gia Vizzone

Whether working with a buyer, seller, or renter, Gia will do her best to ensure that her
clients always achieve the greatest result possible. As a dedicated full-time agent, she feels
it’s imperative to really listen, understand and educate people, and have their best interest
at heart when navigating the often-daunting New York City market.

A native of Montclair, NJ, Gia loved watching and assisting her mother, a home stager and
interior designer, which inspired her passion for real estate. She gained invaluable
knowledge working alongside her, seeing hands-on how to make a house ready to sell or a
space feel like a home. Gia has additionally helped her mom find many homes to flip over
the years as well as her family’s second home in Miami, Florida. She’s a natural at real
estate and is excited to help any client succeed – from students looking for an apartment
rental near school, to a luxury buyer/seller seeking or selling a high-end residence.

Gia moved to New York City during her senior year of high school to attend the Professional
Children’s School, where she was able to spend more of her time competing in equestrian
show jumping. She traveled back and forth to Wellington, Florida, as well as across the
country to compete for over 10 years. She majored in Social and Cultural Analysis at NYU.
Fashion is also a huge part of Gia’s life, having worked extensively in the business before
entering real estate.
