Highly motivated and passionate, Hunter truly partners with his clients and customers to understand their goals and achieve the maximum returns on their New York City investments. He brings extensive experience to any transaction, and he consistently strives to secure the best opportunities and most suitable properties for whatever the specific need might be.
His interest and inspiration began at a young age, watching family and friends work in the vibrant NYC real estate market. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Hunter was a managing agent and portfolio manager for a prominent property and asset management company, strengthening his knowledge and love for the business. He oversaw the management of 600+ rental units and 200+ condo units ranging from $2M to $22M in residential properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition, he worked with local and international investors and landlords, as well as asset management firms to optimize the value of their rental and multifamily assets. Hunter also hosted annual shareholder meetings and managed and negotiated staffing and maintenance contracts on behalf of condo boards and landlords.
This dedicated full-time agent specializes in luxury residential condominiums, rentals, and providing buyers and sellers with thorough market research, comps and reports to help them make smart decisions while keeping them updated on current conditions. Hunter is particularly familiar with downtown Manhattan, where he managed a portfolio of over 10 rental buildings in SoHo, TriBeCa and the East Village. This was all whilst overseeing overall day-to-day operations of the management, brokerage, building staff and leasing aspects.
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Hunter graduated from the University of Arizona where he majored in Urban and Regional Development, and minored in Business Management. He moved straightaway to NYC and currently lives in the TriBeCa neighborhood. Outside of real estate, Hunter enjoys playing golf and tennis, trying new restaurants in NYC and Miami, and cheering on all the New York teams. "
