Xingshu (Eddie) Chen

Eddie Chen is a dedicated member of The Alice Dong Team at Douglas Elliman. Prior to real estate, he garnered 10 years of luxury and lifestyle hospitality experience across five high-profile brands in four countries, encompassing many roles including business development, pricing analytics and business intelligence. His hospitality background enables Eddie to provide unique insights on elevating the residential lifestyle his clientele seeks. Keen business analytics acumen affords him the ability to detail real estate market activity and pricing trends, while a service-centric approach assures success in delivering on every buyer’s and seller’s expectations. Eddie always strives for excellence and prides himself on building long-lasting, trust-based relationships. He also employs sophisticated negotiation techniques to obtain the best deal possible, while guiding his clients through the steps of the transaction with utmost attentiveness.

Originally from China, Eddie holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Sun Yat-sen University. He additionally received a Master’s in Marketing Analytics and Pricing from Simon Business School, University of Rochester. In free time he enjoys traveling, skiing, working out and taking spin classes.
