Having been exposed to diverse experiences at a young age, Julianne can interact with many personalities and handle most any situation. As an award-winning actress and producer who appeared in films since the age of seven, she has a naturally strong work ethic and deep understanding of responsibility to others. “I think connecting with people is one of the most important things. As an actress, film producer and real estate professional, relating to people and being intuitive of their needs is essential.”

Born in New Jersey, Julianne spent her first 10 years in both New York and Los Angeles. She grew up on the Upper East Side, went to Marymount School on 84th Street and Fifth Avenue, and attended Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, and studied Financial Management at Cornell University.

While Julianne considers the Upper East Side home, she is familiar with and works in all neighborhoods in Manhattan, appreciating the charm of each one.

Outside of her dedication to her real estate work and film endeavors, Julianne enjoys painting, songwriting, playing guitar and ice skating. She also devotes much time to CCOC’s Children at Heart to benefit the children of Chernobyl, Fountain House, The Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She has received numerous community service awards for her magnificent fundraising for charity.
