Passion, dedication and integrity make a good broker. I believe in everything I do, and I strive to always do my best.” These values are what have made Julianne such a success.
Clients who work with Julianne trust her and know she will protect their best interests while obtaining timely results. “I understand people and what they want, and I genuinely care about making them happy.” Julianne goes above and beyond what it takes to satisfy her clients from finding the ideal properties, showcasing real estate gems, qualifying buyers and preparing board packages to listening to client’s concerns, keeping them up to date with the market so they can make informed decisions, guiding them through the financing process and advising on ways to optimize their investment. Julianne understands that real estate is not only a deeply personal investment, but it is a large financial investment that requires careful consideration.
Julianne’s unique background and strong interpersonal skills have garnered her extensive list of contacts and the ability to appeal to and work well with a wide variety of people. Having been exposed to diverse experiences at a young age, Julianne can interact with many personalities and handle most any situation. As an award-winning actress and producer who appeared in films since the age of seven, she has a naturally strong work ethic and deep understanding of responsibility to others. “I think connecting with people is one of the most important things. As an actress, film producer and real estate professional, relating to people and being intuitive of their needs is essential.”
Born in New Jersey, Julianne spent her first 10 years in both New York and Los Angeles. She grew up on the Upper East Side, went to Marymount School on 84th Street and Fifth Avenue, and attended Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, and studied Financial Management at Cornell University.
While Julianne considers the Upper East Side home, she is familiar with and works in all neighborhoods in Manhattan, appreciating the charm of each one.
Outside of her dedication to her real estate work and film endeavors, Julianne enjoys painting, songwriting, playing guitar and ice skating. She also devotes much time to CCOC’s Children at Heart to benefit the children of Chernobyl, Fountain House, The Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She has received numerous community service awards for her magnificent fundraising for charity.
