Originally from London, England, Robert is a long term resident of both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to Real Estate his career was forged in Financial Derivatives. As Global Head of USD Interest Rate Swaps at a major NY Inter Dealer Brokerage Robert ran a global sales force of 80 brokers across the world's major financial centers. Before this he spent 10 years trading the Interest Rate curve and Foreign Exchange at 3 major Global Investment Banks in London.

Consistently ranked 1 or 2 by Risk Magazine's survey of USD Interest Rate traders, Robert brings the skill set honed in this supercharged, competitive world to The Holly Parker Team. Bid/Offer, Value and Price are nowhere more important than in the world of Real Estate. Likewise the subtlety and duty of care to understand and manage a client's best interests in stressful circumstances. His experience of often tumultuous market conditions in the last two decades has given him a cool head in pressured times. Happy to operate in all sectors and all scales of NY Real Estate, from overseas professionals' relocation to high end residential and investment properties, Robert brings a calm authority to his clients' needs in this great city.

Robert's journey brought him to New York in 2007 from London via Sydney where he spent two great years and where he taught his oldest son to walk on Bondi Beach. His two younger boys were born and raised in New York City, and thus believe that they run the family. An avid traveller and sports fan, Robert represented Cambridge University at soccer from where he holds a Master's degree in Law from Trinity Hall.
